I mean 100% free. Everything I stated is the only free part that allows you to search for updated drivers. You have to pay more in order to be able to drivers who are not free to upgrade at all.

I know how frustrating it can be. I use driverguide.com. Free registration is required, but I've never seen emails from them and have a large collection of drivers.
I use the medical device. It works quite well.
