"How do I know how many mega pixel camera binoculars have?" I'm sorry to say, but the binocular camera, probably not even 1 megapixel!

The term is often used, up to VGA resolution of 640 × 480, regardless of equipment that produces the reference image.

640 × 480 equals 307,200 pixels (less than 1 / 2 mega-pixels). This is the picture quality of standard definition TV. 500,000 pixels would be around 1 / 2 mega-pixels.

This type of resolution (640 × 480) is good for e-mail because the file size is small. You can make small prints, but the extensions would be very thick.

You should not take a camera with less than 2 megapixels.

I agree with Buddy! I have in photography and astronomy for 25 years! Bushnell digital binoculars are young to start! Bushnell, and has little or no experience! digital photography! dont get me wrong, it's FREE! go for it! who have fun! But do not expect great quality! If you go to Canon digital quality binoculars! I regret to say then run $ 500,00, if I remember correctly. Sorry for the bad news!

Thank you,

Bob
