Depending on the age of the building, the title has been submitted to the local department or State Building. for permits and inspections. You may obtain a copy of a hand. If you are able to find, do not go away that the building was constructed with the plan. The building permit is a list of general contractors. You may have a number of files in which all "as built drawings" (Changes of conditions at the site required).
If the building awards probably will not have anything on your local newspaper. Call your newspaper or your local library to see if they have the papers this year on microfiche. The surprisingly easy to digitize more than a year or two newspapers, if you are looking to know what you do.

Blueprints are the property so it is not likely to get. You do not really need food. Be creative and do what you think. They have new plans for what you are doing development. This is nothing more than an attempt to return a Victorian house built 100 years ago. They do not plan on you know that have really disappeared.
